IT Technical Assistant

Must be willing to do field work.

1. Primary person assigned for after sales servicing.

2. Monitor and track the ticketing system.

3. Technical support (After sales servicing) area.

4. Prepare and submit a summarized after-sales report as scheduled

5. Follow-up, and report for warranty items to supplier.

6. Monitoring of the PhilGEPS account for new bid projects related to ICT or

information technology (PNP, NBI, NCRPO, and QCPD).

7. Attend pre-bid conference for ICT and forensic projects and prepare minutes of the meeting.

8. Coordinate and validate stocks purchased based on the purchase order (from purchasing), delivery, receipt, and sales invoice received.
