Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and install computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Oversee and ensure the proper functioning of computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Assist staff or clients by walking them through steps to configure systems or fix issues, either in person or over the phone.
• Identify and fix hardware and software issues by analyzing system and network errors.
• Replace defective or outdated computer components when necessary.
• Deliver technical assistance, including the preparation of instructional documents and related reports.
• Use written guides and diagrams to diagnose and fix problems or to set up systems.
• Assist with the deployment and implementation of newly developed applications.
• Create user profiles and accounts, and handle login or password-related concerns.
