IT Team Lead

This is a remote position. The IT Team Leader is in charge of leading the team, setting clear goals while upholding MAG Core values, and ensuring maximum efficiency within the department. This strategic role plays a pivotal part in preserving the data integrity of key My Amazon Guy functions. The position also supports the IT Director, maintaining and enhancing dashboards, data models, and pipelines, and applies advanced analytical and decision‑making skills.

The role is for a data‑quality enthusiast who thrives on analytics, automation, and problem‑solving. An expert in complex system dependencies is essential to identify and address breaks in My Amazon Guy processes and improve key data points.
