Role: IT Systems & Technology Administrator Location: Gansbaai, Western Cape Salary: R 23 000 - R30 000 Your role You'll be responsible for: Supporting desktops, laptops, servers, printers, mobile devices and other IT hardware. Maintaining Microsoft Office, Windows, Apple (macOS), email systems and remote access solutions. Providing day-to-day technical support to users across multiple business operations. Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking and connectivity issues. Managing user accounts, permissions and software licensing. Maintaining network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity. Implementing cybersecurity best practices and ensuring business continuity through effective backup and recovery processes. Supporting CCTV systems, attendance systems, point-of-sale equipment and other operational technologies.
