IT Systems Support Officer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Systems Support Officer to join our Clients' IT / Technical Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible to support brokers and teams using Salestrekker, handling setup, support, workflows, and issue resolution.

Work Set Up:

• Employment Type: Full Time

• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm

• Work Setup: Onsite

• Location: Cavite

• Client Industry: Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

System Setup & Configuration

• Complete all setup and change requests within Salestrekker, including:

o Commission groups

o Commission contracts

o Workflows and system configurations

• Implement custom workflows, templates, and automations for brokers.

• Implement client's bespoke best-practice workflow standards within individual broker organisations.
