SharePoint Consolidation & Governance Specialist (Contract)
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint / Microsoft 365 specialist to review, rationalise, and consolidate our existing SharePoint environment.
Scope of work:
Audit and review existing SharePoint sites
Define and implement a site consolidation and centralisation strategy
Migrate and restructure data into agreed central locations
Review, correct, and standardise permissions, access, and security
Configure user access, groups, and governance controls
Develop and deliver user setup, onboarding, and training
Produce clear user guides and onboarding documentation
Recommend best practices, governance models, and structural improvements
Identify opportunities to improve usability, collaboration, and long-term maintainability
