Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for ongoing maintenance projects.
  • Perform system administration, implementation, and troubleshooting for Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
  • Manage and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.
  • Ensure smooth operation of network and server systems through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • With 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in server management.
  • Proficient in managing network equipment and services (LAN, WAN, Routers, Switches, DNS, VPN, Firewalls).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
