IT Systems Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the design of secure and scalable cloud solutions for internal projects
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance and reliable operation of software, computer systems, and cloud infrastructure
- Troubleshoot system performance by reviewing log files and running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
- Provide documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing of systems and infrastructure
- Identify areas of improvement with new products, system design, or configurations to help Neostella operate more effectively
- Monitor operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures

- 3-5 years of system administration, network administration, AWS administration experience
