The 24x7 team is primarily responsible for ensuring business continuity and preventative maintenance. They will also act as an extension to our engineering onsite teams. The role will fit someone who ensures optimal performance, reliability, uptime and availability of services.
Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Shift: Morning, Mid, Night (5 days working arrangement) - Exact schedule will be discussed upon client's approved roster.
About the Job:
- Proactively monitor and respond to system alerts, issues, and outages.
- Perform customer backup checks and reporting to ensure successful backups.
- Apply infrastructure patching for security, compliance, and stability.
