IT Systems Analyst

Overview

Responsible for leading the end-to-end configuration, onboarding, and support of insurance products across multiple business channels—including agency, broker, banca, and direct-to-consumer platforms. The role also drives system analysis, requirement gathering, impact assessment, and solution design to support business growth across all markets.

Mandatory Skill‑set

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full systems development lifecycle.
• Must have a solid working knowledge of insurance product configuration and rollout, covering Par, Non-Par, ILAS, and related product lines.
• Solid technical foundation in Node.js, client-server architecture, MongoDB, and modern web/app frameworks.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize complex business requirements.
