About the Role
We are looking for an IT & Systems Analyst (Intermediate) with 2 to 4 years of experience to strengthen our internal IT and business systems foundations.
This is not just a support role. You will:
Own and stabilise our internal IT environment
Operate confidently as the primary IT specialist in the business
Be a core member of the Data & Systems team
Introduce structure, documentation, and repeatable processes
Grow into supporting business systems, automation, and integrations
You will work alongside a Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, and Analytics Engineer, forming an integrated Data & Systems function that supports the entire business.
Your Key Responsibilities
IT & Internal Systems Ownership
Provision, configure, and support macOS, Windows, and Chromebooks
Manage full device lifecycle including onboarding, replacements, repairs, and returns
Maintain accurate and up-to-date device inventory
