The role

As IT Systems Administrator, you'll join a small team and be responsible for:

• day to day support of a variety of IT systems and infrastructure, including networks, servers, MS365 etc.
• act as an escalation to the support team, troubleshooting and problem solving technical issues
• work effectively and collaboratively between the business/stakeholders, other IT members, as well as 3rd party suppliers
• play a proactive role with projects (e.g. implementing new systems or replacing solutions)
