What You’ll Do

  • Handle support requests via phone, email, chat, and web forms
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of IT products and systems
  • Clearly communicate solutions in professional English (written and verbal)
  • Accurately document all service requests in internal systems
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and special projects as needed


Qualifications

  • Educational foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Technical proficiency: Strong background in Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, with solid knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
