What You'll Do: Own identity & collaboration (Microsoft 365 / Entra ID) provisioning, MFA, access controls Administer Windows endpoints (patching, compliance, encryption) Support networking (firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN) and telephony (call flows, IVR) Coordinate SaaS tools and vendor/ISP relationships Build and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and documentation Liaise daily with the MSP on tickets and incidents About You: 35 years as a Systems Administrator or similar Strong Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Windows endpoint, and networking fundamentals (DNS/DHCP/VPN) Comfortable managing PBX/telephony and coordinating with an MSP PowerShell/scripting a bonus Meraki/UniFi exposure a plus
