IT Systems Administrator for AI Platforms

Primary technical owner of the enterprise AI ecosystem, bridging AI service providers and internal teams to ensure tools such as Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini Enterprise (Google) are seamlessly provisioned, optimized, and supported.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Administration: Manage administrative consoles for enterprise AI tools; oversee user provisioning, permission sets, and security configurations.
  • License & Spend Management: Track seat utilization and manage license lifecycles. Monitor API usage and monthly spend to ensure budget alignment.
  • Triage & Support: Act as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for AI‑related help‑desk tickets. Manage and prioritize incoming service requests for new AI features or access.
