Work Schedule:

  • 12‑Hour Shift (3 hours paid additional)
  • 6 Days/Week (Monday–Saturday)
  • Sunday Off
  • Rotating Evening Shifts (Every 90 Days)

Job Overview

The IT System Support Engineer will act as a first‑line and mid‑level support resource, handling IT helpdesk operations, network troubleshooting, and remote server management. This is a client‑facing role requiring excellent English communication skills and hands‑on technical expertise.
