**Description**

•Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams (including Teams Phone), and SharePoint Online.

•Oversee Microsoft 365 roadmap and feature releases, ensuring proper planning, tracking, testing, and communication for upcoming changes.

•Implement and maintain security best practices across M365 and Azure environments, including conditional access, MFA, and compliance configurations.

•Support and manage hybrid Azure Active Directory (AAD) environments, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity lifecycle management.

•Provide Tier 2/3 support for Service Desk escalations related to Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.

•Manage assigned projects, tasks, and change requests, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
