Job Description
- Liaise and work with vendors and other IT personnel for technical projects and problem resolution
- Identify and provide recommendations that can meet business requirements and objectives
- Install, configure, test and troubleshoot networks, servers and other infrastructure
- Monitor availability of services meet agreed service levels, performance indicators and periodic maintenance on IT infrastructure
- Test and implement security patches for operating systems, servers and network devices
- Ongoing assessment of new threats and improve on computing security
- Analyse and review critical logs, investigate, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies
- Update technical documentation, covering infrastructure, inventory, service subscriptions and contracts
