IT System Engineer

Agfa Healthcare is currently looking for an IT System Engineer, based in Madrid, who will be in charge of dedicated on‑site support for Clients/Contracts that require continuous support. As the first point‑of‑contact of Agfa on‑site, the role must deliver consistent, professional and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Fill the proper installation documents accordingly, and manage equipment in the most proper way (Service Now, reporting, acceptance test)
• Mixed work on site and remote.
• Identify and communicate risk analysis and problems.
• Cooperate with the R&D to solve problems and make a proper risk analysis.
• Take care of the correct forwarding of the docs to all people involved, especially the specific features of the implemented project.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in managing complex customers and hospital workflow.
