• Provide excellent 1st & 2nd level IT Support to LW employees on hardware (asset management & procurement of HP & Mac etc.)
• Installation, configuration, and problem solving on Windows PCs, Mac and O365 applications.
• End‑user support and basic 365 portal administration on the Office 365 suite (incl. Teams, SharePoint, Power BI).
