Job Scope

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and network components
• Microsoft 365 administration on Intune, Entra ID, Sharepoint, Exchange, and Defender
• Server administration on cloud and on premise, Domain Controller, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, VOIP, LDAP
• Network administration on firewall, switches, VPN, VLAN, WiFi controller
• Resolve Level 1 and 2 computer or application issues to local and remote users
• Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors
