Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused IT Supporter to provide technical assistance and support to the AO employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services. Since the role is officially based in the AO headquarters, proximity living in the Davos area is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure first‑level support for users via phone, email, and on‑site for software and hardware issues.
  • Install and set up hardware for end‑users.
  • Document and track all support requests in our ticketing system.
  • Maintain and update user documentation and the knowledge base.
  • Provide support for internal training courses and events.
  • Collaborate on internal IT projects as needed.
  • Support our offices in Davos, Zizers and Zurich.
