We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Deployment Engineer to assist with the rollout and refresh of Windows and Apple
(iPhone) devices.

Key Responsibilities:
● Deploy and set up Windows laptops/desktops and Apple iPhones.
● Assist with basic configuration, account setup, and email access.
● Ensure all devices are properly labeled and recorded.
● Support end-users during the handover process.
