About the Role
The IT Support is responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day operations of NOV’s digital collaboration tools including Microsoft 365, DocuSign, and ChatGPT Enterprise.
This role ensures reliable service delivery, user support, and compliance with security and governance standards, while working closely with global IT teams to improve the end‑user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive) and assist with configuration, access, and troubleshooting.
- Manage DocuSign user accounts, roles, permissions, templates, and transaction workflows.
