Job Description
We are a small, growing company looking for a reliable and proactive General IT Support Specialist to assist us with ongoing, on-demand technical needs.
This is not a full-time role, rather, we're looking for someone we can build a long-term relationship with and reach out to when IT-related tasks arise.
If you enjoy working with small teams, solving practical tech problems, and being the go-to IT person, this role is for you.
Tasks may include (but are not limited to):
-Website Support (Squarespace)
-Making small content or layout updates in Squarespace
-Troubleshooting formatting or functionality issues
-Connecting domains or adjusting DNS settings (if needed)
-Advising on minor improvements or optimizations
-Outlook Workspace / User Management
-Creating and managing user accounts
-Setting up email accounts and permissions
-Managing shared drives and access controls
-Basic security setup (2FA, access reviews, etc.)
-Hardware & Device Setup
