  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician
  • Good understanding of computer system mobile devices, mobile applications and other tech products
  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge in network system security
  • Liaise with vendors on new IT purchase and implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
