Position Overview
The IT Support Technician provides technical support within a secure, mission-focused environment supporting an IC customer. This role delivers hands-on and remote support for hardware, software, and enterprise IT systems, ensuring reliable operations for geospatial intelligence professionals. The technician will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, support classified and unclassified systems, and maintain compliance with DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for Windows-based workstations, laptops, thin clients, and peripheral devices in both classified and unclassified environments.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, COTS/GOTS software, and mission applications.
