Job Overview

We're looking to hire a self‑motivated, hardworking IT Support Technician.

Role: provide online (i.e., remote) T1/T2 support to customers and sometimes company users in Spanish. Support via email/online meetings, IM, and phone calls. Occasionally contact vendor support.

This is a remote position.

Required Skills

  • Oral and written English and Portuguese (technical oriented at least). Spanish is a plus.
  • Understanding of computer hardware and networking.
  • Basic knowledge of macOS X and Linux (server distributions).
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows workstations and servers (and their services).
  • Experience listening to and troubleshooting end‑user issues.
  • Experience working with tickets/documenting work performed and issues.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills; can work alone and be self‑motivated, and also be part of an established team.
