Overview


The IT Support Technician I will be responsible for providing front-line technical assistance to end-users across hardware, software, and system access. This role supports day-to-day IT operations and ensures smooth delivery of technology services.


Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues in person, by phone, or via ticketing systems.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.

Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and system access in accordance with company policies.

Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
