Role: IT Support Technician

Location: On-site at E-, Hauz Khas Market, Block E, Hauz Khas, New Delhi

Reporting to the Manager, Systems Technology, this role works with the systems support team. Responsibilities included coordination with key members on the Systems Support team to manage local hardware, software and IT infrastructure at the campus where this role physically resides. This role requires + years of experience, and one has to be organized, motivated, and able to communicate at all levels within the organization. He/she will be able to translate business needs into technical solutions for the client groups and will apply a practical mindset when recommending solutions and coordination with fellow team members on the Systems Support team. 

About You: 

  • Identifies issues staff are having with hardware, software and resolves where possible.

  • Acts as the primary local escalation point to the Systems Support team.
