Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Plant Support Technician for a contract position with a Major Food Manufacturing Company located in Monett, MO. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.



Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on skill level. 

This role provides tactical IT support for local and remote sites in a mixed office and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including PC and device replacement, network troubleshooting, and resolving end-user issues with hardware, software, and other IT systems in a timely manner.

  • Provide support and follow-up for end users with computer hardware, phone, and other identified IT support items or process issues
