As part of its operations, a technology company is looking for an IT Support Technician – Level 2 to provide on-site IT support in both office and industrial environments.

Your responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, both on-site and remotely
  • Assist, train, and advise end users
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and industrial equipment
  • Manage user access through Active Directory
  • Support the management of local network infrastructure (VLANs, switches, cabling)
  • Document procedures and track interventions using an ITSM tool
  • Collaborate with IT teams and operational stakeholders
  • Contribute to technical projects, including the deployment of new machines or industrial systems
