Salary: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year.
About the Role
As a Support Technician L2, you will provide server and workstation support, handling end user assistance, break‑fix and application issues, and server/virtual machine deployments, networking, cyber‑security, Azure infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 services throughout the Microsoft product stack.
This role includes an after‑hours on‑call support‑shift rotation monthly, which may involve occasional planned and emergency support.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Work Mode: Hybrid
What You Will Do
- Triage and resolve escalations from L1; perform advanced troubleshooting (Windows, M365, networks, identity, endpoints).
