We are looking for a skilled **EUC L1 IT Deskside Support Technician** to join our team in **Trondheim - Norway** on an exciting project.
**Requirements**:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT deskside/end-user support
- Must hold a **valid working visa** in Trondheim - Norway
- For non-native speakers, minimum **B2-level Local language** is required
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
**Location**: Basel, Switzerland
**Start Date**: Immediate
