Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and support the Flash's IT systems, hardware, software, and networks to ensure stable, reliable day-to-day operations for all users.
  • Provide hands-on technical support, promptly resolving issues and minimizing system downtime.
  • Manage IT assets for staff and stock, including tracking, allocation, and control.
  • Cable management across all locations to maintain safe and organized infrastructure.
  • Perform hardware repairs and parts replacements, and manage escalations with hardware suppliers.
  • Administer and support warehouse systems, including Sage 300 ERP, BarTender, and related applications.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 to 6 years' experience in IT support or a related technical role.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
