IT Support Technician

This position is a full-time remote role. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients maintain reliable and secure technology systems. You will work closely with clients to provide technical support and assist them in troubleshooting issues related to computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, including performing updates and backups, while ensuring the security and confidentiality of client data.
