IT Support Technician

AltaCom is looking for IT Support Technician for our Town of Drumheller , our upcoming office, who is enthusiastic about providing excellent on-site technical assistance to our clients! You will be expected to work with end users ranging from entry level to C-level executives with queries related to the supported software, hardware and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner!

Requirements

Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, hardware, and networks.

Provide technical assistance and support for A/V Systems

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in person.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software systems, printers, and network equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
