IT Support Technician – Level 1 (MSP | Remote – Argentina)
Company
Infinite IT Solutions is a Toronto-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT support and managed services to small and mid-sized businesses across Canada.
We are expanding our support team and are looking for IT Support Level 1 Technicians based in Argentina (preferably Buenos Aires) to work remotely with international clients.
Work Schedule (Important)
Initial onboarding period:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
(first months dedicated to training, onboarding, and team integration)
After onboarding (preferred long-term shift):
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Eastern Time
This corresponds approximately to 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM Argentina time for most of the year
(except during summer due to daylight saving changes)
Candidates must be comfortable with both schedules, especially transitioning to a night shift after the initial period.
