Excellent opportunity for an Enthusiastic Apprentice ICT Support Technician to join a school ICT Support team based in Horsham. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Network Manager, and will be required to work as part of a small team providing 1st line support to staff & students, and assist with the day to day operation of the Support Team – this includes supporting and maintaining over 500 network PC stations & classrooms with interactive TVs. You will also be required to undertake a criminal record check via the DBS. 

Position Overview 

  • Install and configure computer hardware, printers, software, systems, networks and ensure the latest software upgrades are implemented

  • Setup equipment such as PC, laptops, mobile devices, and other specialist equipment, ensuring systems are ready for use.
