The Opportunity DeVry Greenhouses is seeking an experienced and hands‑on IT Support Team Lead / Technical Support Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day end‑user support across our operations. This is a working leadership role where you’ll provide frontline technical support while supervising and supporting a small IT support team.
The successful candidate will support users experiencing technical difficulties, maintain IT systems and equipment, and help ensure reliable technology services across the organization.
