Responsibilities

• Lead and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across the organization
• Oversee setup, configuration, and support of laptops, printers, Wi‑Fi, user accounts, email, and access control
• Manage and support network infrastructure (LAN, firewall, switches, routers, VPN, NAS)
• Ensure stability and basic security of IT systems
• Maintain IT asset and software license inventory
• Coordinate and manage external IT vendors and service providers
• Provide assistance to engineering team on IT-related setup on machines/systems
