Job Description
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets
- provide first-line support for:
- Login issues
- Password resets
- MFA issues
- Email and application access
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
User & Account Management
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory
- Assign appropriate permissions to shared drives and folders
- Set up and manage email accounts (Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace)
- Support onboarding and offboarding of staff
Email & Productivity Tools
- Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Assist with email migration projects (e.g., Outlook/Exchange to Google Workspace)
- Manage licenses for Microsoft and Google products
Desktop, Printer & Network Support
- Configure printers on the network and troubleshoot connectivity issues
