Job Description

  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets
  • provide first-line support for:
  • Login issues
  • Password resets
  • MFA issues
  • Email and application access
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary

User & Account Management

  • Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory
  • Assign appropriate permissions to shared drives and folders
  • Set up and manage email accounts (Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of staff

Email & Productivity Tools

  • Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Assist with email migration projects (e.g., Outlook/Exchange to Google Workspace)
  • Manage licenses for Microsoft and Google products

Desktop, Printer & Network Support

  • Configure printers on the network and troubleshoot connectivity issues
  • Support Windows desktops and laptops
