Job Description

The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for computer systems, software, and network-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Provide technical support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Maintain cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures.
  • Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and system improvements.

Qualifications
