IT Support Specialist / IT Support Engineer (Internship / Fresh Graduate Welcome)
What You Will Do
Provide on-site and remote support to staff for everyday IT issues (computers, software, network, security, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems efficiently.
Ensure IT systems run smoothly and users receive good support.
Follow standard IT processes for handling incidents, requests, and assets.
Visit branch offices when needed to provide support.
Follow company IT policies and guidelines from Head Office.
Who We're Looking For
Graduates / fresh graduates / final-year students are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of computers and troubleshooting (training will be provided).
Familiar with or willing to learn:
Windows and/or MacOs
Microsoft Office 365
Email (Outlook / Exchange)
Basic networking (Wi-Fi, LAN, internet issues)
Video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
