Job Summary

The IT Support Staff is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to company employees and ensuring that computers, internet connectivity, software, and systems operate efficiently to support business operations. This role also requires basic to intermediate proficiency in AI tools and automation, assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and support of AI-driven solutions to improve workflow efficiency and productivity.

The position also plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity, supporting employee productivity, and assisting in the implementation of basic AI automation to improve workflows and processes.
