The IT Support Specialist On Site will assist by

Provide technical support in a Microsoft environment to internal users, ensuring the proper operation of IT equipment, applications, and services. The role involves handling incidents, configuring devices, managing user accounts, and escalating cases when necessary.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and mobile devices (Android and iOS).
• Manage users and groups in Active Directory .
• Document incidents and solutions using ticketing/Service Desk tools.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or external vendors.
