+ 2+ years of Desktop Support experience

+ Microsoft 365 troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

+ Provide onsite and remote IT Support

+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues through a ticketing system

+ Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals

+ Manage and update tickets with clear documentation

+ Deliver strong customer service and meet service expectations

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment

+ Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and OneDrive

+ Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
