The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all computer systems, software, and hardware used by employees. This individual will also assist with the maintenance and administration of the company's network and server infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical support requests from employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network connectivity problems, and system errors.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
