• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience supporting Windows 10 environments
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking and routing
• Experience in a BPO or fast-paced office environment is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple urgent tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills and professionalism
