Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and maintain network security, backups, and system performance.

Requirements

- Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
